What is the minimum quantity required to malt your cereal with us?
We can malt batches from 5 to 12T, depending on the specific weight of your grain. If you have a small quantity of grain and the variety is one of those we malt, we can supplement it with our own grain to offer you a value-added solution.
Which variety(ies) can be used for custom malting?
All brewing varieties can be malted with us. We pay particular attention to the specific weight, protein content, germinative power and sanitary quality of your grain.
How long does it take to carry out custom malting?
The deadline for malting your cereal is agreed in advance to fit in with our annual malting schedule. Once we have received your cereal, we guarantee one to two weeks for the process and return delivery of your cereal.
