Munich II barley malt.
A malt generally used between 10 and 50%, depending on the type of recipe. For amber and some brown beers, used in many types of beer. Red fruit aromas, almost candied.
The malting plant has been certified organic since its inception by Alpes Contrôles (an independent body) for the malts and services it offers.
