Barley malt Vienna
A malt generally used between 10 and 50%, used in the composition of many types of beer.
A close cousin of Pale Ale, it can be used as a single malt. More intense cereal taste.
The malting plant has been certified organic since its inception by Alpes Contrôles (an independent body) for the malts and services it offers.
