Smoked Wheat Malt
A wheat malt smoked with mountain hardwood essences, to give a more or less intense taste depending on the degree of incorporation (5 to 100%). Enzyme activity and EBCs are the same as those of the original malt.
The malting plant has been certified organic since its inception by Alpes Contrôles (an independent body) for the malts and services it offers. Batches are carefully and rigorously monitored, and detailed specifications are drawn up with our partners for the purchase of cereals in order to offer you consistent, high-quality malts.
