Barley, wheat, rye, oats, etc. - all the cereals we malt can also be used raw in brews to meet the brewer's very specific objectives. It is then possible to isolate a certain quantity before malting, in order to supply an upstream order.
Organic certificate
The malting plant has been certified organic since its inception by Alpes Contrôles (an independent body) for the malts and services it offers. Batches are carefully and rigorously monitored, and detailed specifications are drawn up with our partners for the purchase of cereals in order to offer you consistent, high-quality malts.
