Cara Y
Cara Y malt is, by its name, a caramel malt with a high roast. Its red/amber color and slightly toasted, brown caramel taste will give your beer an intense color and aromatic profile. This malt is generally used in amber beers, bock or stout (pastry or anti-pastry).
